Administrative Support (Non Customer Facing role)


About the Role:
We are seeking a highly process-driven individual to join our team in a non-customer-facing administrative role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment, be comfortable working independently at a desk throughout the day, and be committed to following established processes and procedures with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive and process-driven administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Follow set workflows and standard operating procedures consistently.
  • Communicate internally with the team primarily via Slack and other written platforms (no phone or video calls required).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth task completion and workflow continuity.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on process and attention to detail.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative support or data entry role (mortgage industry experience is a plus). 
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal external interaction.
  • No requirement for customer service, client, or external stakeholder communication experience.
  • Ability to stay motivated and productive in a desk-based, repetitive task environment.
  • Good written communication skills for internal team interactions.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Enjoys following a clear process and maintaining consistency.
  • Prefers a behind-the-scenes role rather than customer or client-facing work.
  • Is efficient, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines without extensive supervision.
